If you purchase a course and find it does not meet your educational needs, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided:

  • You have completed less than 25% of the course content
  • The course was not purchased during a promotional period with explicit "no refund" terms
  • You have not violated our Terms & Conditions

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

  • Technical issues preventing course access that we cannot resolve
  • Course content significantly misrepresented in description
  • Duplicate purchase made in error
  • Dissatisfaction within 14 days and less than 25% completion

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
  • Courses where more than 25% of content has been accessed
  • Change of mind after completing majority of course
  • Failure to achieve specific outcomes (employment, income, etc.)
  • Account violations or Terms of Service breaches

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Upon refund approval, your course access will be revoked immediately.

Partial Refunds

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious technical issues affecting only portions of a course), we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Contact us to discuss specific situations.

Bundle Purchases

For bundled course packages, refunds apply to the bundle as a whole. Individual course refunds from bundles are not available unless the entire bundle is returned within the refund period.

Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Courses purchased during promotions are generally eligible for refunds under the same terms, unless the promotion explicitly stated "no refunds." Check promotional terms at time of purchase.
