Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Upon refund approval, your course access will be revoked immediately.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious technical issues affecting only portions of a course), we may offer partial refunds at our discretion. Contact us to discuss specific situations.
For bundled course packages, refunds apply to the bundle as a whole. Individual course refunds from bundles are not available unless the entire bundle is returned within the refund period.
Courses purchased during promotions are generally eligible for refunds under the same terms, unless the promotion explicitly stated "no refunds." Check promotional terms at time of purchase.
